What's new in OpenProp — features, fixes, and data updates.

v1.1.0

Calendar-month range queries + more accurate affordability answers

Added

  • Calendar-month range queries. You can now ask "How many flats sold in Tower Hamlets between September and December 2025?" and get the exact total for that window. Previously these questions returned the full calendar year with a disclaimer.

Fixed

  • Affordability questions like "homes under £250k in 2015 versus 2025" now consistently cite the years you asked about. The bot occasionally anchored to a different reference year before.
  • Question parsing for "X versus Y" phrasings is now deterministic — same question always returns the same answer.

Changed

  • All 34 internal accuracy checks now pass against HM Land Registry raw data.
